Construction of “China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan” railway discussed in Tashkent

On 27 December 2017, a tripartite meeting of the delegations of Uzbekistan, China and the Kyrgyz Republic on construction of “China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan” railway will take place in Tashkent, the press service of the President of Uzbekistan said.
The delegation of China is led by Deputy General Director of the Department of the State Committee for Development and Reforms Zheng Chipping, Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Transport Zhamshitbek Kalilov, Uzbekistan - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari Akbar Shukurov.
Starting from 25 December 2017, working groups from the representatives of the three countries are preparing the materials of the forthcoming meeting.
