Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of complex public services related to birth registration.

According to this, an employee of a medical institution at the place of birth of a child, within 1 day after the birth of a child, enters information about the child and his parents in the information exchange system "Electronic registration of birth and death, including perinatal death."

Information is automatically sent to the information system "Unified Electronic Archive of the Civil Registry Office".

The registry office considers the information within 3 working hours from the moment of receipt and draws up a child's birth certificate.

To provide other services in an integrated manner, information is automatically sent to the information systems of the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Preschool Education, Healthcare, as well as the off-budget Pension Fund.

Based on this:

- District (city) departments of internal affairs - within 1 day they put the child on permanent registration at the appropriate address;

- Ministry of Preschool Education - in the preschool education management information system, the child is automatically placed in the queue for kindergarten, which is indicated in the questionnaire;

- Ministry of Health - within 1 working day, the child is registered at the polyclinic where the mother is registered (in the absence of registration, at the polyclinic at the place of permanent or temporary registration);

- Department of the Pension Fund - automatically draws up a lump sum, which is issued at the birth of a child.

The child's father or mother can apply to any branch of the "Hulk Bank" to receive a lump sum within 6 months from the date of the child's birth (if applying after 6 months, the lump sum payment will be denied).

Comprehensive state services related to birth registration will be provided in the cities of Tashkent and Nukus, from 1 February 2021 in all regional centers, from 1 September 2021, throughout the republic.
