Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution “On measures to strengthen the promotion of traffic rules in educational institutions” was adopted.

The resolution introduced the position of senior inspector, who serves in the territorial departments of the Road Safety Service in cooperation with schools (within the framework of the general staff).

According to the resolution, in schools with the participation of young volunteers, a club "Young propagandist of the rules of the road" will be organized, which actively promotes the rules of the road, as well as the "Green Light" competition.

From 1 September 2022, under the motto "Traffic Discipline Begins in Childhood", practical and visual training of pupils and pupils of the kindergarten in the basics of traffic rules on roads, intersections and pedestrian crossings will be organized.

The resolution approved the procedure for organizing the club "Young propagandist of traffic rules" and holding the "Green Light" competition. Club members can be students in grades 9-11.

The winners of the "Green Light" competition will be awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
