Competition "Digital Economy, Education and Human Rights Research" starts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights in the "Year of Development of Science, Education and the Digital Economy" and within the framework of the National Strategy for Human Rights announces a republican competition "Digital Economy, Education and Research in the Field of Human Rights" the following nominations:

- the best site / informational content about human rights and freedoms;

- the best mobile application on human rights and freedoms;

- the best training course on human rights (for preschool, school education, colleges, lyceums and universities); 

- the best infographics / commercials about human rights and freedoms;

- the best video about human rights and freedoms;

- the best electronic information resource center / library for human rights;

- the best educational literature on human rights and freedoms: printed textbooks and electronic educational literature;

- the best video lesson on human rights;

- the best distance learning program in the field of human rights;

- the best article: scientific or popular science on human rights;

- the best activist from among the employees of state organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide assistance to migrants affected by the COVID-19 crisis;

- the best activist among the employees of non-governmental organizations to help migrants affected by the COVID-19 crisis.

The purpose of this competition is to promote education and research in the field of human rights, as well as the development of a culture of human rights among the population of the country.

To participate, interested persons must fill out an electronic application and send it along with the competition material to konkurs2020@nhrc.uz no later than 15 November 2020.

The winners will receive valuable prizes and awards that will be announced on International Human Rights Day.
