Click and PayMe decrease commission for transfers from card to card

Payment systems Click and PayMe decreased the commission fee for transfer of money from one banking card to another card from 16:00 of 31 March 2017.
The systems said that the commission fee for transfer of money from card to card will make up 1% from the sum of transaction from 16:00.
Earlier, the commission for this service was set at 2% from the sum of transaction.
