Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for admitting citizens with work experience in sectors of the economy for at least five years, for training in correspondence and evening forms of education on a differentiated paid - contract based on the results of the interview.

According to the Regulation, the list of ministries, departments and large business associations giving recommendations to citizens with at least 5 years of work experience for admission to a differentiated paid-contract basis based on the results of an interview is approved annually by 1 July and published in the media.

Ministries, departments and large business associations can recommend up to 100 applicants from central and territorial structures and organizations of the system for each academic year.

Citizens with appropriate recommendations are registered annually from July 20 to August 10 through a special electronic system of the State Testing Center.

The interview is organized annually from 20 to 30 August.

Applicants who scored 55 points and above according to the results of a 100-point assessment criterion are recommended for training on a differentiated paid-contract basis by order of the rector (director) of the university.

Recommendations are only valid for the academic year in which they were issued.

The regulation does not apply to higher military and paramilitary educational institutions, foreign and non-governmental organizations of higher education in Uzbekistan and their branches.

This procedure comes into force on 1 May 2022.
