Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Students from Uzbekistan who study at the universities of Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov and Krasnodar regions of Russia were given the opportunity, as an exception, to transfer their studies to state universities in Uzbekistan.
The State Commission has made a corresponding decision. Students from 1 November to 20 November can apply to transfer their studies to state universities in Uzbekistan.
The transfer will be carried out at the request of students to similar or other suitable educational areas located in the area of permanent residence of students.
Applications for the transfer of training are accepted on the website of the State Testing Center my.dtm.uz. The section is called "Transferring Education from the Russian Federation".
From 25 November to 15 December, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan will check whether students really studied at the declared university. Only citizens who studied at the declared university in Russia will be able to transfer to state universities.
The decision to transfer students to study in Uzbekistan will be made by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, regardless of the departmental subordination of local universities.
Transferred students as an exception will be able to continue their studies from the same course. Students will be able to take the difference in subjects free of charge during the 2022-2023 academic year.
