Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution "On the approval of unified administrative construction regulations in the field of construction" was adopted.
According to the resolution, administrative regulations for the provision of the following public services have been approved:
- coordination of changes in the appearance of buildings and structures;
- issuance of permits for the design, reconstruction, change of specialization of buildings and structures and the construction of additional buildings and structures on its territory;
- development of architectural and planning tasks;
- coordination of design and estimate documentation;
- registration of the object for the start of construction and installation works;
- issuance of a permit for the use of an object where construction and installation works have been completed;
- issuance of certificates on whether the property was damaged or not.
Accordingly, in order to obtain a certificate on the condition of buildings and residential premises that have undergone demolition, one should contact the Central State University or the EPGU.
Applications for obtaining a certificate can be sent through the SPIGU around the clock, regardless of weekends and holidays.
The certificate is issued within 3 working days and sent to the applicant’s email address with notification of this.
