Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Another convenience has been created for citizens in the provision of legal services in the field of civil registration.

Now, in order to receive a birth allowance for a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who was born abroad, it is enough to provide an apostilled or legalized birth certificate and an identity document to the registry office.

The Civil Registry Office will send the relevant information to the Pension Fund via an electronic system. And citizens can directly contact the People’s Bank and collect money in a matter of minutes.

A similar legal service has been introduced to receive grants for the burial of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have died outside their homeland.

This, in turn, will put an end to another possible red tape.
