Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the CEO of the Chinese company Xinjiang Qianyuan Kunyu Construction Engineering, Hou Hui.

During the discussions, the parties had a constructive exchange on the technical aspects and subsequent stages of the project for the construction of cascades of small hydropower plants on watercourses in various regions of Uzbekistan.

The result of the meeting was the signing of an Investment Agreement for the project "Construction of Nine Mini-Hydropower Plants on the Karadarya River in the Andijan Region."

Founded in 2011, Xinjiang Qianyuan Kunyu Construction Engineering specializes in the construction of electricity transmission and distribution systems, and is also engaged in the development, investment, construction, and management of renewable energy projects.
