Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the Association of Kazakhstan AutoBusiness (AKAB) for the reporting month in sales of passenger cars, the Chevrolet brand is in the lead in the top ten automotive brands in Kazakhstan.

The three leaders in the rating are headed by the Chevrolet brand - 2 791 units, Hyundai is on the second place with a result of 1 644 cars, Toyota dealers have sold 1398 cars.

Kia continues to climb to the third position, increasing sales by 1,030 units compared to the previous month.

For information, in January-May 2021, Kazakhstanis purchased 44,369 units of new cars, trucks and buses, the cumulative increase over last year was 68.8%.
