Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zamin Foundation Ziroat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Chairman of the All China Federation of Women, Shen Yueyue made a speech at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Forum, which took place on 20 July in Beijing in a hybrid format.

The forum was attended by the wife of the President of the People’s Republic of China Peng Liyuan, the chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, the wife of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Rula Ghani, SCO Secretary General Vladimir Norov, representatives of international organizations and international experts.

Participants discussed issues of women’s education and gender equality in the context of the global pandemic.
