Chairperson of Senate holds talks with Russian Senate delegation

Chairperson of the Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldoshev held a meeting with the delegation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia led by Deputy Chairperson of the upper house of the Russian parliament Ilyas Umahanov.
During the meeting, it was noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia is developing in all directions.
The sides exchanged opinion on perspectives of improving legal bases of cooperation between two states in politics, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres via strengthening inter-parliamentary relations.
During the meeting, the issues on developing cooperation between parliaments of Uzbekistan and Russia were discussed.
