Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 February 2025, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Davron Vakhabov, visited the city of Amman, Jordan, and toured the facilities of Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co.

Founded in 2003, Classic Fashion is the largest apparel manufacturer in the Middle East and North Africa. The company operates 20 modern factories in Jordan, producing 500,000 garments daily and employing over 30,000 people. It collaborates with leading global brands, including Walmart, Adidas, Reebok, Hanes, Nautica, Hollister, Kirkland, and Gerry.

During his visit, Davron Vakhabov gained a detailed insight into the company’s production processes and discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation.

Special attention was given to the organization of dyed fabric exports, international market requirements, logistics, and enhancing product competitiveness. The parties also explored ways to simplify export procedures and improve their efficiency.

The negotiations open new opportunities for expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and Jordan in the textile industry and the supply of finished products to international markets.
