Centrum Air Increases Frequency of Tashkent–Delhi Flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Centrum Air is increasing the frequency of flights on the Tashkent–Delhi route. Starting from 29 March, flights will operate three times a week — on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Services will be provided using modern and comfortable aircraft from the Airbus A320 family.

The additional flights will give passengers greater flexibility when planning both business and leisure travel. Round-trip ticket prices start from US$256, excluding baggage.

The schedule has been designed to offer convenient connections via Tashkent, allowing passengers from Delhi to continue their journeys across the airline’s international network, including destinations such as Tbilisi, Batumi, Guangzhou, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, and others.

The expansion of air services with India aligns with the strategy of Centrum Holding to strengthen Tashkent’s position as an international aviation hub connecting Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Uzbekistan’s strategic location — historically at the heart of the Great Silk Road — provides natural advantages for developing transit routes and improving connectivity for business and tourism.

The exclusive general sales agent for the airline in India is Aeroprime Group, which provides commercial representation and sales support in the Indian market.

Executive Director and CEO of Aeroprime Group, Abhishek Goyal, noted that the increased flight frequency reflects Centrum Air’s growing commitment to the Indian market. He emphasized that the expanded schedule unlocks significant potential for growth in both direct and transit passenger traffic via Tashkent, further reinforcing Uzbekistan’s role as a strategic transport gateway between India, Central Asia, the CIS countries, and key global destinations.
