About 1,082 out of 1, 519 joint stock companies were founded on the base of the state enterprises, which emitted 2.656 billion shares with total volume of 3.892 trillion soums.

About 339 joint stock companies are formed on voluntary bases. They emitted 3.161 billion shares for 2.001 trillion soums.

The depository stores securities of 33 commercial banks, which issued 2.857 billion shares worth 1.272 trillion soums.

Seven investment funds issued 5.3 million shares with total sum of 1.127 billion soums. Fifty-one dehkan and cloth markets emitted 48.8 million shares for 53.991 billion soums.
