About 1,026 out of 1, 437 joint stock companies were founded on the base of the state enterprises, which emitted 2.764 billion shares with total volume of 4.003 trillion soums.

About 321 joint stock companies are formed on voluntary bases. They emitted 3.446 billion shares for 2.116 trillion soums.

The depository stores securities of 34 commercial banks, which issued 3.161 billion shares worth 1.376 trillion soums.

Seven investment funds issued 5.3 million shares with total sum of 1.631 billion soums. Forty-eight dehkan and cloth markets emitted 56.2 million shares for 68.963 billion soums.
