Central Bank decides to reduce the policy rate to 16% per annum
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A regular meeting of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan is currently taking place.
Today, on 9 June, at a regular meeting of the Board of the Central Bank, it was decided to reduce the policy rate by one percentage point to 16% per annum.
In March this year, the Central Bank increased the main rate to 17%.
