Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11 June, at 14.50 local time, an aircraft of the SkyTaxi cargo airline landed at Tashkent International Airport. The first arrival of the aircraft was traditionally met with a water arch.
The company, based at Wroclaw Airport in Poland, has a fleet of two Boeing 767-200 cargo aircraft and operates charter and scheduled cargo flights to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
SkyTaxi will operate flights six times a week on a charter basis. Cargo planes will fly from China through Uzbekistan to Europe and back. The Tashkent airport will become a transfer point for technical landing, refueling and changing the crew of the airline's aircraft.
