Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A solar photovoltaic station with a capacity of 630 kW was launched on the building of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The installed solar photovoltaic station generates more than 1.1 million kWh of electricity per year, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
It should be noted that the station fully provides the building of the Cabinet of Ministers with electricity during the daytime. At the same time, excess electricity can be sent to the electrical network.
This station was implemented in connection with the fulfillment of the tasks set at the video conference call chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on expanding the use of renewable energy sources.
