Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, large enterprises in the country produced 1,096 tonnes of butter between January and May 2025.

Compared to the same period in 2024, production volumes increased by 197.5 tonnes, marking a 22% growth.

Statistical trends over the past three years show steady growth in output: while only 201.4 tonnes were produced in 2023, this figure rose to 898.5 tonnes in 2024 and has now surpassed the 1,000-tonne mark in the current year.
