Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Decision of the Khokim of Tashkent "On the creation of bus stops in Tashkent on the basis of a standard project" was published for public discussion.

The decision was based on the decree of the President of the country “On additional measures for the further development of the public transport system of the city of Tashkent” and the decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued by him.

The decision contains a provision on the temporary use of land plots on the right of lease by business entities through electronic auctions.

By the end of 2022, it is planned to put up for auction 280 bus stops in Tashkent for their arrangement on the basis of developed standard projects.

Along with this, until 1 September 2022, measures must be taken to create comfortable and safe conditions for passengers, including the disabled, at existing bus stops where trade and consumer services are located.
