Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 16 March 2022, regular international bus service between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan will resume.

Negotiations are also underway on the organization of transit bus transportation through the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic.

The international bus service between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan was suspended on 16 March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

From 16 March 2022, carriers plan to operate flights on the routes Tashkent - Nursultan, Tashkent - Almaty, Tashkent - Kyzylorda, Tashkent - Turkestan, Tashkent - Irgeli, Chirchik - Shymkent, Chirchik - Almaty.
