Bunyodkor reaches Uzbekistan Cup finals

Bunyodkor continued their dominance in Uzbekistan with a 7-3 aggregate thrashing of Neftchi to make it to the Uzbekistan Cup final on Sunday.
After winning the first leg 3-2, Joao Victor, Rivaldo, Stevo Ristic and Denilson scored a goal apiece in the second leg for a 4-1 victory. Vahid Chodiev scored the only goal for Neftchi.
In the first leg of another semi-final, Lokomotiv defeated Shurtan 2-0, thanks to goals from Abdulatif Abdukadyrov and Dilshod Rakhmatullaev. The second leg will be played on July 27.
Defending Uzbekistan Cup champions Pakhtakor were eliminated in the quarter-finals by Shurtan.
They lost their first leg of the quarter-final to Shurtan 2-1 at home before holding them 1-1 in Guzar.
