Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Bukhara oil refinery plans to abandon the production of AI-80 gasoline. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.

Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Mehriddin Abdullaev and the Working Group visited the Bukhara Oil Refinery and met with the plant’s specialists, as well as the group for the implementation of the plant’s modernization and reconstruction project.

It was noted that as a result of the project on the modernization and reconstruction of the plant, the Bukhara Oil Refinery will produce high-octane gasoline grades AI-91, AI-93 and AI-95. The release of AI-80 gasoline will be discontinued.

In addition, a full transition will be made to the production of diesel fuel of Euro-5 standard.
