Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On measures to create a modern system for retraining and advanced training of specialists with the required legal knowledge".

In accordance with the resolution, regional branches of the Center for Advanced Studies of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice in the regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan (without forming a legal entity) are being created.

Customers of personnel and employees will be given the opportunity to independently choose the form of advanced training, based on professional needs.

The resolution approved the following documents:

Regulations on the procedure for retraining and advanced training of specialists at the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers;

State educational requirements for retraining and advanced training of specialists in the legal field.

The duration of refresher courses is 4 months (576 hours), refresher courses are 2 weeks (72 hours).

According to the resolution, an electronic platform will be developed - a unified database for organizing the activities of the system of continuous professional development of personnel and monitoring the processes of improving the qualifications of each employee.

Also, in order to introduce the practice of issuing electronic certificates to graduates of advanced training courses, a system and software "Repository of electronic certificates" will be created.
