Bookmaking is allowed in Uzbekistan from 1 January 2021

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Bookmaking is allowed in Uzbekistan from 1 January 2021 in line with the Presidential Decree from 4 December 2019 No. UP-5887.

The goal is to further develop the field of sports, especially football, increase its investment attractiveness, and attract additional funds.

A bookmaker is the profession of a professional debater who accepts cash bets on various upcoming events (most often sports) with pre-agreed odds, which are determined by the probabilities, as well as the payment of winnings.
