BMB HOLDING and AGROTEC GMBH Sign €15 Million Investment Contract
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In Vienna, Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Board of Founders of BMB HOLDING, held talks with Boris Kandov, President of the Austrian company AGROTEC GMBH.
The meeting, facilitated by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Austria, focused on expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and launching new joint investment projects.
During the discussions, the parties highlighted the steady growth of bilateral trade between Uzbekistan and Austria and considered further improvements to the operations of the joint venture AGROINVEST, established under the collaboration of BMB HOLDING and AGROTEC GMBH.
Special attention was paid to the efficient supply of agricultural products, grown and deeply processed by the Holding’s enterprises, to European markets while maintaining high quality standards.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to systematically enhance AGROINVEST’s operations and implement new joint investment projects in Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector.
The negotiations culminated in the signing of an investment contract worth €15 million, aimed at further developing export-import cooperation between BMB HOLDING and AGROTEC GMBH.
