Beshariqtextile to issue new emission of shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of Be Beshariqtextile open joint stock company adopted decision to raise charter capital of the company through emission of additional shares.
The company said shareholders agreed to issue 39 million ordinary shares with par value of 548 soums each. The company will issue shares for 21.372 million soums.
Shareholders entrusted Supervisory Council of Beshariqtextile to coordinate emission of shares and introduction of changes to charter.
