Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A resolution of the President “On the further improvement of the water supply system of the Republic” was adopted.

In accordance with the Presidential resolution, Uzsuvtaminot was established on the basis of the State Unitary Enterprise for Water Supply, included in the system of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, with the conversion of these enterprises into LLC.

According to the resolution, Uzsuvtaminot is exempted from payment:

- fees for state registration of the issue of equity securities and consideration of documents on the issue of securities;

- motor transportation fees for re-registration of transferred vehicles of reorganized state unitary enterprises.

Uzsuvtaminot is allowed to recruit highly qualified foreign specialists and set them the size of wages and other payments in freely convertible currency at the expense of the company.

The resolution also approved the Address Program for the construction and reconstruction of drinking water supply and sanitation facilities in the republic in 2020.
