Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin Meets Uzbek Business Delegation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Turchin held a meeting with a delegation of Uzbek entrepreneurs.

The visit aims to implement agreements reached during the official visit of the Belarusian Prime Minister to Uzbekistan in February 2026.

The Uzbek delegation is led by Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Davron Vakhabov, and includes entrepreneurs from the livestock, construction, and design sectors.

During the visit, the parties discussed the opening of a Uzbekistan Trade House and an Uzbek national cuisine restaurant in Minsk, the establishment of Uzbek agricultural enterprises in Belarus, the development of direct exports of Uzbek fruits and vegetables, and the implementation of other joint projects.

The events are aimed at strengthening trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and promoting Uzbek products in the Belarusian market.
