Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Beibut Atamkulov has been appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.

Atamkulov’s predecessor, Darkhan Satybaldy, completed his mission to Uzbekistan and headed the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan.

Beibut Atamkulov during his career was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry, as well as the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development.
