Baraka Investment Fund records 38.713m soums of net income in 2010

Total income of the company made up 54.563 million soums in 2010, of which 26.404 million soums fell to share of dividends and 28,159 million soums to share of income from financial activity. According to the company, its expenses hit 15.85 million soums.

The company’s assets reached 263.342 million soums. At the same time, net assets made up 242.923 million soums. Long-term investments exceeded 201.74 million soums.

The charter capital of the company made up 83.874 million soums. Undistributed income comprised 18.617 million soums.

According to the decision of the shareholders, investment company will pay dividends for 2010 at the size of 18.62 soums per ordinary share with nominal value of 100 soums each.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 838,742 ordinary shares.
