Baraka IF OJSC distributes net income for 2010

As reported earlier, Baraka received net income for 38.713 million soums in 2010.

In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 15.617 million soums or 40.34% of net income to payment of dividends.

According to the decision of the shareholders, investment company will pay dividends for 2010 at the size of 18.62 soums per ordinary share with nominal value of 100 soums each.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 838,742 ordinary shares.

Other part of net income for 23.096 million soums will be directed to further capitalization.
