Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a telephone conversation with India’s Minister of External Affairs, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
During the discussion, both sides noted the positive and dynamic trend in the development of Uzbek-Indian partnership across all key areas of cooperation.
Special attention was given to the extensive agenda of bilateral and multilateral cooperation planned for 2026.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the implementation of joint initiatives and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further deepen collaboration in a manner that serves the long-term interests of the peoples of Uzbekistan and India.
