Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Bakhtiyor Rakhmankulov was appointed to the post of khokim of Yashnabad district of Tashkent city.

Bakhtiyor Rakhmankulov was born in 1976 in Tashkent region.

In 1997, he graduated from the Samarkand Higher Military Automobile Command and Engineering School with a degree in tactical automobile troops and in 2008 graduated from the Civil Protection Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation with a degree in operational and tactical management of the command of the civil defense headquarters.

Since 2018, he worked as a deputy khokim of the city of Tashkent - head of the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services.
