Azur Air board made an emergency landing in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A passenger plane of Azur Air, flying from Perm to Goa, was redirected to Uzbekistan due to a bomb threat. This was reported on 21 January by the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India.

“Flight AZV2463 was redirected to Uzbekistan,” a ministry official told TASS.

It is reported that on board the aircraft are 238 passengers, including two babies, and seven crew members. At the same time, the Ani agency, citing sources at the Indian airport, reports that the plane has already landed. According to them, the plane was diverted after the director of Dabolim Airport received an email mentioning a bomb planted on board.

This is the second such incident in the last month. On 9 January, a Russian airliner from Azur Air, flying on the Moscow-Goa route, urgently landed in the Indian state of Gujarat due to a bomb report on board.
