Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Over 50,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine intended for Azerbaijan through COVAX have been delivered to Tashkent. Thus, Azerbaijan transferred vaccines intended for itself to Uzbekistan.

As a partner of the global COVAX initiative, UNICEF welcomes the transfer of 50,000 doses of vaccines from Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan, which were delivered to Tashkent with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the statement reads.
