Ayubkhon Rakhmatullayev Appointed as Head of Ferghana Regional Department of Internal Affairs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ayubkhon Rakhmatullayev has been appointed Chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ferghana region, according to the press service of the regional hokimiyat.

Prior to this appointment, he served as First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Head of the Operational and Investigative Activities Department.

As head of the Ferghana Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Ayubkhon Rakhmatullayev replaces Azizbek Ikramov, who was appointed Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan several days earlier.
