“Avtosanoat Invest” and “Ipoteka Bank” Launch Joint Venture for Vehicle Leasing and Rental

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new joint venture in the field of vehicle rental and leasing has been established in Uzbekistan.

On November 11, 2025, LLC “OTP Avtosanoat Finance” (TIN 312566261) was registered with a charter capital of 60.07 billion soums.

The company was founded by Avtosanoat Invest, a division of Uzavtosanoat, holding a 51% stake, and Ipoteka Bank, part of the Hungarian OTP Group, with a 49% share. Saidjon Kodirov was appointed as the head of the new subsidiary.

The company is registered at the address of the head office of the state-owned Uzavtosanoat JSC and will operate in the provision of vehicles for rent and leasing schemes.
