Asaka Bank to issue shares for 75bn soums

The shareholders of the bank adopted decision on issuing additional 1,226,698 ordinary shares with nominal value of 61,140 soums each. Total sum of the issue make sup 75,000,315,720 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combine, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari,Uzbekneftegaz, Uzbektelecom, Uzbekenergo and Uzmetkombinat.

The shares of the issue will be placed on market prices, but not less than the par valueof the shares.
