Asaka Bank emits 507,000 banking payment cards

Asaka state joint stock commercial bank emitted over 507,000 banking payment cards as of 1 May 2010, which is up by 38% year-on-year.
The bank actively works on introduction of so-called salary projects at the enterprises and organizations. Currently, Asaka Bank has about 6,000 salary projects, UzA reported.
The bank has over 4,700 POS-terminals, installed at the trade and service points, and their number rose by 51% year-on-year. The transactions with POS-terminals made up 147.1 billion soums in January-May 2010, including 122.1 billion soums in trade-service sphere.
