Applicants, who do not agree with the university test results, have the right to file an appeal until 6 September

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Applicants who disagree with the university entrance test results have the right to file an appeal with the Appeal Commission in writing or electronically.

Appeals are accepted online through the website my.dtm.uz (in the personal account of the applicant) and lasts until 6 September.

If the applicant actually participated in the testing and was not suspended from it, he will be able to appeal.

Accordingly, the applicant who filed the appeal is issued a notice indicating the date and time of its consideration.

According to the law:

The applicant who filed the appeal must arrive on the date specified in the notification with his/her passport and applicant’s pass.

During the appeal process, the applicant is given a copy of his answer sheet, a list of answers, incorrectly completed test tasks, as well as a book of test tasks provided to the applicant during the test tests.

The appeal is considered by the appeal commission only in the presence of the applicant, on the basis of his written responses.

The applicant is issued an extract from the decision made on the appeal.

During the appeal process, it is not allowed:

an attempt to bring or bring mobile phones, computers, telecommunications equipment and cheat sheets (except for dictionaries, tables) into the room where the appeal is being held;

transferring test materials to another applicant during the appeal process, providing them with assistance or receiving assistance;

If the applicant’s answer sheet, the book of test tasks are not delivered to the GTC in the prescribed manner, if they are torn, and also if the applicant is suspended from testing or does not state his answers in writing, the appeal in these cases is not accepted.

Information on the decision of the appeal commission is submitted to the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan within 5 working days after the completion of the appeal process.

The applicant may appeal the decision of the Appeal Commission based on the results of consideration of the appeal to the court in the manner prescribed by law.
