Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to conduct anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts in 2022” was adopted.
The document was adopted in accordance with the resolution of the President “On measures to further improve the conduct of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts”.
The resolution approved a plan for conducting an anti-corruption expertise of legislation in 2022 in the following areas:
social security, insurance and protection;
finance, loans and banking;
entrepreneurial and economic activity;
foreign economic activity and customs business.
In the process of anti-corruption expertise of legal acts, responsible state bodies and organizations were instructed to actively involve independent experts and the general public.
The Ministry of Justice was instructed to take measures to involve the general public in the process of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts on the portal for discussing draft regulatory legal acts.
The resolution also approved the Roadmap for the elimination of corruption factors identified as a result of the anti-corruption expertise of existing regulations in 2022.
