Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 14 August, a batch of AstraZeneca vaccine was delivered to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

A consignment with 276,480 doses of AstraZeneca/AZD1222 donated by the Government of France was delivered to Uzbekistan via the COVAX platform.

As a result, the volume of vaccines delivered to Uzbekistan reached about 15 million doses. As of 12 August, 11.65 million doses had been used in the vaccination campaign.
