Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan received another batch of Pfizer vaccine against coronavirus. This is the third batch of Pfizer vaccine that arrived in Uzbekistan within one week, the Ministry of Health reports.

“On the night of 2 December, another 2,308,410 doses of Pfizer vaccine for vaccination against Covid-19 were delivered to our country,” the Ministry of Health said in a statement.

Two previous batches of 692,640 doses of the same vaccine arrived in Uzbekistan last Monday, on 28 November 2022.

The number of cases of coronavirus infection is growing in the country. Only over the past day, 159 cases were detected in all regions of Uzbekistan.
