Angren Shakar buys shares of Savdogar Bank
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Angren Shakar LLC acquired a 20% stake in the authorized capital of Savdogar Joint-Stock Commercial Bank.
The company purchased 100 million shares of the bank for the amount of 10 billion soums through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange. The cost of one share was 100 soums.
Now, Angren Shakar holds 130 million shares of the bank after this transaction.
