An online meeting of the ministers of Preschool Education of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan takes place

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Minister of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Agrippina Shin held a meeting in the format of a video conference with the Minister of Preschool Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, heads of regional departments for the implementation of tasks for 2021.

During the discussions, five important directions set by the President of the country were identified for the implementation of a number of tasks outlined in the Address to the Oliy Majlis, where the tasks were clearly set to increase the coverage of preschool education up to 65%.

To implement the strategic plans, first of all, it is necessary to increase the number of preschool educational institutions within the framework of the investment program, as well as develop the non-state sector, along with state preschool educational institutions. It is necessary to open more modular and alternative preschool groups in the regions, equipping such groups at the expense of Ministry of Preschool Education, where our children should receive a full-fledged education and upbringing, said Minister A. Shin.

When a child talks about his homeland, he first of all represents his family, the street on which he lives, the makhalla and, of course, his kindergarten. Therefore, one of our main priorities is to reach children with disabilities, we must create all conditions for such children, identifying their social protection in society.

Also, at the meeting it was noted that the heads of subordinate organizations will provide information on the state of youth employment. Since, in 2020, more than 30 thousand applicants were admitted to teacher training colleges. On the instructions of the minister, in the future, graduates need to be employed in preschool educational institutions, while the minister separately noted that by developing entrepreneurship, we can involve graduates in the opening of new family preschool educational institutions.
