Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 29-30 October, together with Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute, the 2nd International Scientific and Technical Conference on the topic “Innovations in the oil and gas industry, modern energy and its problems” was held.
To participate in the conference, more than 150 articles were submitted by scientists and experts of the oil and gas industry, higher educational institutions, research institutes of the republic, faculty and mature scientists, as well as scientists and experts from Poland, Russia, China, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

The conference plays an important role in promoting the innovative development of organizations in economic sectors through the commercialization of scientific solutions of scientists, the introduction of new technologies into production, the production of new types of value-added products and the creation of new jobs.
Also, within the framework of the conference, topical issues were discussed in the field of creating new effective materials and technologies for their production, used in various sectors of the national economy and replacing imported products, determining solutions to urgent theoretical and practical issues of expanding the resource base and environmental protection, increasing economic and environmental efficiency chemical technologies.
At the end of the conference, the main attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between higher educational institutions, research institutes and industrial enterprises of foreign countries, ensuring the compliance of the results of the integration of education and science with modern requirements, creating innovative groups in scientific institutions and enterprises, introducing new technologies based on licensed contracts, training highly qualified personnel in higher educational institutions and attracting them to the development of scientific research.
