Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 July 2021 within the framework of the International conference “Central and South Asia: regional interconnectedness. Challenges and Opportunities”, an informal meeting of the heads of the foreign affairs agencies of the Central Asian countries took place in Tashkent city.
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Mukhriddin, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov, as well as First Deputy Minister Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliev
The parties discussed issues related to the preparation for the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Turkmenistan, including drafts of joint documents submitted for consideration by the Heads of State.
